Personalised Learning Plans
The new 0-25 SEND Code of Practice outlines the following areas of special educational needs;
We are now using new Personalised Learning Plans to outline the provision for our pupils who are on the special educational needs register. There is an example of this plan below. The plans will be written in September, January and April and parents are invited to contribute to the targets and reviews.
